Rates are for fully furnished accommodation with bed covers & towels and include all bills, council tax, tv license & wifi internet. No booking fees and no administration charges: you only pay for your accommodation. There is nothing extra to pay.

Discounts and notes

No booking fee - simply pay for your first week/month in advance to secure your booking, then the balance on arrival/monthly from arrival date. Advance payments are non-refundable.

Minimum booking - most short stays are booked in complete weeks. Some hosts welcome 5 nights stays and we can occasionally arrange shorter part-week visits.

Long Stay Rates (3+ months) - pay your first month in advance* (within 7 days of booking confirmation) to secure the monthly rate for your stay. Balances are then paid on arrival date/monthly thereafter. *note long stays subject to 2 month notice to make changes.

Group Discount - some hosts offer reduced rates when 2+ rooms are booked at the same address.

Changing your booking - no charge to extend a booking, but to leave earlier than planned, you may find discounts no longer apply.

Company invoice charge - guests paying directly to their host have nothing extra to pay. For companies requiring an invoice there is a £40 administration charge.

No hidden extras - just turn up with your suitcase and make yourself at home!
