The house is a few doors away from Hearsall Primary School and 10 minutes walk from the Earlsdon Street shops and restaurants, Direct buses to Warwick university campus/Arts Centre and the city centre stop at nearby Hearsall Common, a couple of minutes walk from the house.
No parking restrictions but limited space. Secure bicycle storage - bikes welcome.
