Guests have separate fridge and kitchen cupboard space and are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer.
Fully furnished accommodation with bed linens and towels.

John lives here approx 3 nights per week. The kitchen is also shared with 1 guest in the garden suite downstairs (they have their own shower + wc).
Location
This is a quiet road, just around the corner from the Earlsdon Street shops and restaurants, 20-25 minutes walk from the city centre and railway station. Direct buses to Warwick university campus/city centre stop just around the corner from the house.
